A true little corner of paradise, this apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the village and mountains. Quiet and relaxing, it features a fully wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying life sheltered from the wind and from prying eyes. The living area (wooden parquet floors, stone slabs) is very warm and offers a smooth flow between the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, etc.), the living room with TV (very comfortable sofa), the office/relaxation area (with 2 trundle beds, 90 cm), and the separate couple’s bedroom (access to the bed via a wooden step).
An entrance hallway leads to the bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, washing machine) and a separate toilet.
The apartment is located on a slightly elevated ground floor of the Roche Plane residence, overlooking the village on the southwest-facing slope. Family-friendly entrance, boot room, shoe storage, ski locker in the garage.
Shops and services are just a 5-minute walk away. In winter, the free ski bus shuttle stop is 80 m from the apartment. You can park your car in a private garage and also benefit from one outdoor parking space. Underfloor heating.
